During the COVID pandemic, PTC is offering loaner laptops to students who don't have a home computer.


Here is the process:

  1. A Student will let the Instructor know that they don't have a home computer
  2. The Instructor will send a request to their Dean letting them know the Student's name and P-Number
  3. The Dean will open up a Student Laptop Loan request item in the PTC ticketing system.
  4. IT will contact the Student and schedule a time to pick up a loaner laptop

NOTE: In the video, it says that the Student must bring their Student ID.  They can bring their Student ID, a picture ID, or their class schedule.
