It appears that you are using the online version of Excel. You need to install the full Office Suite through Office 365. This is accessible through Pathway.
To install Office, click on the Office 365 tab in Pathway. The Office 365 home page should open.
Click on Install Office, then click Office 365 apps.
Once the download is complete, run the executable for Office. (Office Suite contains Excel.) Sign in using your student email. EX: P00000000@live.ptc.edu. Follow your instructor’s directions to, install the Analysis ToolPak.
